Becoming a Member

Currently as per the Articles of Association of the Mid North Coast (NSW) Division of General Practice, applications can be received for either Full membership or Associate membership.

If you are a registered GP currently practicing (in provision of primary, continuing and comprehensive whole-patient care for at least one session per week, including GP services to targeted groups, e.g. ATSI, Women) and living within the Mid North Coast Division geographical boundaries you are eligible to apply for full membership.

If you are a GP registrar, other medical practitioner, locum or medical student currently practicing and living within the Mid North Coast Division geographical boundaries you are eligible to apply for associate membership.

The Membership Application Form and Questionnaire can be downloaded from below.  The Membership Application Form must be signed by an existing GP member before being mailed with the questionnaire to the Division at:

Once your membership has been approved you will receive an acceptance letter.
