About Us
The Mid North Coast Division of General Practice is situated on the north east coast of NSW. The Division Boundaries encompass Ulmarra in the North, South to Stuarts Point and West of Dorrigo, covering a total area of approximately 11,916 square kilometres and with a total population of approximately 134,642 people.

Major cities and towns in the area include Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Grafton, Woolgoolga, Bellingen, Dorrigo, Urunga, Nambucca Heads and Dorrigo. Smaller rural towns include Bowraville, Sandy Beach, Emerald Beach, Moonee, Sapphire, Korora, Coramba, Repton and Valla Beach. The Division area is divided into five sub-division areas - Woolgoolga, Grafton, Bellingen, Nambucca Valley and Coffs Harbour. Following nominations from each sub-division, GPs are elected annually to represent each sub-division on the Board of Directors. There are approximately 44 GP practices, 151 GPs working in the Division area and over 80% of GPs are Division members.
