The Mid North Coast (NSW) Division of General Practice covers an area from Ulmarra in the north to Stuart's Point in the south, and west to Dorrigo. There are 127 general practitioners working in the area and approximately 6 to 10 GP Registrars at any given time.

The area features a diverse range of beaches, mountains, farmlands, suburban areas and small acreage that is rapidly growing with a population of approximately 130,000.
